Evidence-Based
We ground our work in credible information by drawing from established research, best practices, and the lived experiences of people with ADHD. We commit to distinguishing between what is evidence-informed, emerging, or experience-based so our communities can become more knowledgeable and make informed choices.

Affirming
We honor and validate the diverse experiences of individuals with ADHD, creating a supportive environment where strengths are recognized, and challenges are acknowledged without stigma.

Transparency
We strive to be open and accountable in how we make decisions, share information, and communicate with our community.
