Between ourselves and what has been shared in the ADHD Community, we have compiled lists of resources. We share these resources with you all in the hopes that they help you in your journeys.

While we may have read or listened to many of these resources, and found them to be helpful for ourselves, we would like to acknowledge that some of these resources may or may not connect with you. ADHD is a spectrum, and is unique to each individual. We understand that what information or support systems work for one person may not work for another.  Which is why our goal is to provide resources that will hopefully meet everybody’s needs. We also do not claim these resources to be the final word on ADHD.

While we can't list every resource out there, if you have a resource that has made a positive impact on yours or a loved one’s life and feel it would be of benefit to share with the rest of the ADHD community, please submit a recommendation for the board of directors to review and take into consideration.
