Naieli Needham
Secretary
As the Secretary of the ADHD Advocacy Society of British Columbia, I bring a wealth of personal and professional experience to our organization. I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 42, which brought much-needed clarity to my life. Before my diagnosis, I struggled at work and in many aspects of my personal life, as doctors initially thought my challenges were due to anxiety and depression. Discovering my ADHD ignited a passion within me to learn as much as I could about it, helping me move forward and inspiring me to advocate for others.
With a background in education and my current role in employment services, I am dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals with ADHD in their personal and professional lives. My journey of self-discovery has fueled my commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge and resources with our community.
I am also a devoted mother and wife who loves volunteering in my community. In my free time, I enjoy taking long nature walks with my dogs, staying active at the gym, entertaining friends, and traveling. My diverse interests and dedication to helping others make me proud to serve as a board member of the ADHD Advocacy Society of British Columbia.
